Cashew Crema

Ingredients

1 cups Cashews, soaked and rinsed

3/4 Cups Water

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest

1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add all Ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Store in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
