Golden Milk Cookies

Golden Milk Cookies Recipe 

Ingredients:

  (Dry Ingredients)

3½  Cups Almond Flour

1 Cup Tapioca Flour

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Sea Salt

2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 Tbl Ginger Powder

2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

¼ tsp Fresh Ground Nutmeg

¼ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

  (Wet Ingredients)

½ Cup Neutral Flavored Oil

1 ½ Cups of Coconut Sugar

¾ Cup Aquafaba (liquid from one can of chickpeas)

1 Tbl Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, mix the oil, aquafaba, apple cider vinegar, and the coconut sugar using a whisk for 30 seconds. 

3. In another large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix until well blended. 

4. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. 

5. Cover and chill the dough in the refrigerator or freezer for 30+ mins to make it easier to handle.

6. Using an ice cream scoop, portion the cookie dough into even balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Tap the cookie sheet on the counter  a few times to flatten the dough balls slightly.

7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cookies are golden brown on top and browned along the edges. Cool slightly and enjoy.
