Herbed Millet
Ingredients
1 cup Millet, soaked and rinsed
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ teaspoon Thyme Leaves
½ teaspoon Granulated Onion
½ teaspoon Ground Coriander
½ teaspoon Tarragon Leaves
1¾ Cups Water
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat until the water comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and steam until all the water has been absorbed.
Storage: Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
