Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic 

Yields about 1/2 Cup | Cooking time: 55 minutes | Total time: 65 minutes

Ingredients

2 Large Garlic Bulbs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375℉ on convection.

  2. Place the garlic bulbs on a baking tray and bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Allow the garlic to cool for 6 to 9 minutes, then rinse it under cold water for 30 seconds. 

  3. Put one of the garlic bulbs on a cutting board and use a very sharp knife to slice the bottom 1/5 of the bulb off. Repeat with other garlic bulb.

  4. Carefully squeeze out the softened roasted garlic and place into a small bowl. Use immediately or store the roasted garlic in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
