Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Cooked Chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 Tablespoons cold water

  • 1 Bulb Roasted Garlic, skin removed

  • 1.5 teaspoon cumin, toasted

  • 1 teaspoon coriander, toasted

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water, garlic, cumin, coriander, thyme, and salt.

  2. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed to achieve desired consistency.

  3. Serve with assorted veggie sticks.

  4. Store hummus in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
