Pumfu Sandwich Patties

Ingredients

Roasted Pumfu sandwich patties with seasoning
  • 1 Package (8oz) Pumfu

  • ½ tsp ground coriander

  • ½ tsp dry thyme

  • ½ tsp granulated onion

  • ½ tsp granulated garlic

  • ½ tsp sea salt 

  • Olive oil spray

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. Slice the Pumfu square in half so that you end up with two even square patties that are half as thick as the square was before.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the coriander, thyme, onion, garlic, and salt, then sprinkle it over the two patties, turning them over so that each side gets evenly coated.

  4. Place the two patties on a baking sheet and spray them with a light coating of the oil spray.

  5. Bake the Patties for 50 minutes, turning them over after 30 minutes.

Allow the patties to cool before eating or using them to make a sandwich.
