I’m Chef Brandon Rouge, a Seattle-based chef passionate about creating healthy and delicious plant-based meals. My culinary journey has been shaped by my own health challenges over the past two decades, which inspired me to explore the healing power of food. I specialize in allergen-friendly versions of traditional comfort foods, using whole food ingredients that nourish both body and soul. From my early days as a taco stand owner to winning a culinary competition on Food Network, I’ve dedicated my career to making allergen-friendly cooking accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I currently teach cooking classes at PCC Markets and Our Beginning School. I also had the pleasure of running Celest Cafe, where I served the community with wholesome, plant-based dishes. When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me practicing Qi Gong, meditating, or spending time with my friends and family.
