Roasted Pumfu Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

Roasted Pumfu Sandwich minus a few bites
  • 1 Roasted Pumfu Patty

  • 2 Slices of Gluten Free Bread, toasted

  • ¼ Purple Top Turnip, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch rounds

  • ¼ Tomato, sliced

  • ½ Cup Microgreens

  • 1 oz Chef Rouge’s Balsamic Dressing or Vegan Mayo

  • 1 oz Dijon Mustard, plus one tsp for the pumfu patty

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spread one side of each of the slices of bread with the dressing and mustard.

  2. Place the microgreens on one of the slices of bread. 

  3. Place the Roasted Pumfu Patty on the microgreens and spread it with the extra tsp of mustard. 

  4. Top the Pumfu Patty with the turnip slices and the tomato, then sprinkle on some salt and pepper. 

  5. Place the other slice of bread on the tomato, and sprinkle another small pinch of salt on the bread.
